Did i mess up by buying from outletpc

`Rocky

when i made my purchase i was so exited for the stuff to come so i was reading on their website that they offer same day shipping so i waited all day yesterday for an email saying that it shipped out. well i didn't get one so i did some googling and apparently people don't have very good luck with this website and that made me pretty nervous and i cant call them till Monday to ask if they got my order (etc) (btw im very impatient so i like to make sure things get done when i need them too). so my main question here is did i mess up. do i need to get my money back. and whats your experience with them

Most places don't ship on Sunday, and you probably missed the same day deadline on Saturday. Wait a day, you'll get it.

@djdwosk97  that does make sense i must have missed a window. but my main concern is iv never herd of the company and i was just really wanting to know their reputation. Also @Crunchy Dragon thanks

They're fine, just be patient.

Although, I would say that the time to worry about the reputability of some website is before giving them your credit card information....just sayin'

OutletPC is a reputable merchant. Any of the merchants listed on PCPartPicker are solid.

Now, if some random site no one's heard of lists an 8700K for $250 and they don't accept PayPal, I'd think two, three, four and possibly five times about buying there before closing the browser window.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

@aisle9 yeah thats what i assumed. I didn't think pc part picker would lie to someone / try to scam them considering they are a HUGE website for pc's. thanks for the info man

They seem to be reputable, and they were, but i've seen some complaints filed against them that they were given the wrong item or it never shipped. Their reputation seems to be a bit questionable now a days, but they seem to be trying to fix these issues.

If you never get your item or the wrong item, try to complain against them.

Yeah that was the plan thanks for the info. i would have hoped they would have been trying to fix the issues
