I7 7700 CPU fan so loud

So i build a PC like 2 month ego and every time i start up any heavy application or games  my CPU fan starting sounding like a Vacuum cleaner  i have i7 7700 With stock fan also my temps ant that bad when i play GTA On ultra its stays 68 75 degrees

That's normal with the stock cooler.

because your i7 generates more heat then your i5

Try undervolting, and depending on your ambient temperature that is quite high for gaming temps

just get a better cooler, it might cost a little bit, but you will be rewarded with better temps and less noise ;)

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?
