Here is a gtx 1070 laptop for 1550$

https://www.amazon.com/Eluktronics-Pro-X-P650HS-G-Performance-Laptop/dp/B01LXTEH9Q/ref=as_li_ss_tl?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1490452057&sr=1-6&keywords=laptop+gtx+1070&refinements=p_n_size_browse-bin:2423841011,p_36:150000-160000&linkCode=ll1&tag=technoreco-20&linkId=1b466159ab5669bcd9aef450d2ac8a56

its a pretty good deal considering it has a gtx 1070, and is the cheapest that it gets for a 1070, plus it has g-sync and a pcie ssd.

if you get it you will want to upgrade to 16gb ram asap

This is the best 1060 Price and size combo Smaller side of things and not crazy over priced.

I Think they have a similar 1070 max Q also if your trying to spend all 1500  but ive seen the 1060 version as low as $1050 and ussualy around 11-1300

Heres another one from ASUS for 1500$ with a 1070

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=1TS-001A-004H0

downside is that the screen isn't ips

but has a bigger capacity and much faster ssd, but you could upgrade it on the eluktronics model

also has 16gb of ram rather than 8 on the eluktronics model

This looks good

Agreed, I love the Stealth Series. Planning on getting one myself one of these days, my current laptop is showing a lot of signs of aging...
