Is Palit any good?

So in thinking of getting a gtx 1060 6gb but the only one not sold out and that is the cheapest i can find in Finland is the Palit gtx 1060 6gb so is the brand any good?

It's pretty decent, personally, I've never used it but I have friends that have the 1050 and 1060(3GB) form palit and they have never complained about it.

Yep, they tend to be pretty good. They're one of the bigger board partners in Asia, but they don't have quite as much presence in the west so they're not too well known in the western market.

I don't think they have much market presence in the US, but pretty sure I've heard they're good, you should at least be able to find some reviews if you google the card you're looking at

They had a pretty decent presence here back in the GTS days. Though that was also when NCIX was thriving...

PNY = Palit

PNY is excellent, so much it is nVidia's biggest Quadro cards manufacturer.

 

You'll be fine with their branded cards, not the best warranty in the world but solid products as far as it goes, would get a Palit over low end models from something like MSi any day.

Palit is one of the better card manufacturers from what I've heard. I've only seen them in stock a few years back, maybe 680 days, but they don't have a market that much in America anymore.

Palit cards tend to be stocked at pretty much all UK hardware retailers, and are usually the cheapest of the bunch.
