when i booted up something came up from that now my connection is pretty slow

Here is my rule with boking around with bios settings, if I don't know what it does, I don't touch it.

 

Now in this case I know for a fact you can disable it with no ill effects. 

Im the opposite, I see a setting I don't know what does and I think "ooo let's see what it does" lol
