Upgrade PC now or wait till next year?

Im currently running these specs:

EVGA 1080 TI

I5 4670k

Gigabyte UD4H

Corsair Dominator 8GB 1866

H100I

Multiple SSD, HDD

Corsair AX 860

I have a 4k and 2k 144hz monitor and use them both daily. the problem is that in almost all the games i play i always have 100% cpu utilization.

Eg. In Hitman, BF1, WWII and some other games, i get 100% CPU initialization and get around 20-30 fps less than other 1080 TI benchmarks.

So with black friday deals coming up, is it worth upgrading now or waiting till next year for more releases (idk if there are any) or price drops in general.

I would look at a 4790K and possibly another 8GB of RAM but other than that I wouldn't worry about upgrading for a while.

It seems that you have really good specs rn. I would only see that you need to upgrade your CPU + MOBO with new RAM. Personally, I would just wait and watch prices on newegg and other PC retailers around you (for me it's microcenter). Whenever I see a good deal on the product or open box, I go for it. You just have to wait for the best deals.

MY SETUP

CPU: 1700X @3.9GHz

MOBO: Asus Prime X370 Pro

GPU: 1080 Ti FTW3

RAM: 4x32 Corsair Vengeance LPX @2900MHz

CASE:  Deepcool Genome V1

PERIPHERALS

MOUSE: Logitech G502

KEYBOARD: Corsair Strage RGB Cherry MX Red

HEADSET: Logitech G933
