ASUS UEFI setting for turning off all power to motherboard?

akb8812

Hi all.

I have the Crosshair VI Hero, an amazing motherboard. However it has lights that stay on even when the machine is off to indicate that the PSU is plugged in and it's getting power. This annoys me cause this machine is in my bedroom and with a tempered side panel window it gets very noticeable at night. Also the power indication lights on my gpu . So I'm wondering if there is a BIOS setting that I'm overlooking that can turn these lights off? Maybe a power setting or a power state or something like that. I did find one that turned off the LED for the Start button and HDD activity light that was embedded onto the Mobo.

I have solved this by just turning off the power supply but I don't want to be doing that all the time.

Look for something called "Dark Mode" or similar.

It should be the "ROG LED" setting in the BIOS. Just set it to off when the PC is powered off.

That's just the accent LED lights on the IO and PCH.

Ah. I'll look when I get home if someone hasn't answered by then. I know I shut mine off some how.
