1300x + 1050ti vs 1500x + 1060 3gb

I wanna build a budget/mid range of and done know if its worth making the upgrade? Please give advice and tell me which is better?

1050ti will have more video memory.., but 1500x will be a bit faster.. dunno, dont think its worth it to get the 1500x one

Ryzen X CPUs are only good for people that don't want to overclock.

and people who wish to get past 2933 mhz ram and dont want to risk silicon lottery on non x chips :)
