SNES build for retrogaming

tomume

Hello everyone, a few years back i bought an old SNES on ebay from japan with the idea to turn it into a retrogaming station. So i bought a raspberry pie 3 to put games in it, NES, SNES, MSX, PSX, GB, GBC, GBA and finally arcade and Neo Geo. Thing is, with retropie, some roms don't emulate at full FPS. Which is quite annoying with the best rom like Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo or Metal Slug series. So my question was, what rig can I fit into the SNES without destroying the case (because i put quite an effort into it and for me it just looks amazing) ?

I believe that mini-itx motherboards would just fit in, but then what about the PSU and cable management ? It's quite tight actually with the Raspberry pie 3 and all the cables...

Here are the dimensions: 24.13 x 20.32 x 7.62 cm Roughly SNES (PAL and Japan)

Thanks for the ideas ;)
