so i have a bluetooth head set with a built in mic and wan i use hands free its to loud and and the sound is bad quity sound

It might be that the usb receiver on whatever device you are using is faulty for some reason. Have you tried connecting other usb headphones to the device?

if i dont use hands free mode i cant use the mic and it works fine on my tablit

IDK, try a different Bluetooth adapter for your PC?
