Is this a good pre build for gaming under $400?

I am looking for a pc that can be upgradeable in the future with a gpu and power supply for gaming but for now I was just wondering if this pc is good for the price. This pc is for my little brother and the max budget is $400. Must be pre built sold. Location its being brought is around Detroit Michigan. I am ONLY looking for a quad core, 8gb ram, and pci express port as the 3 main top requirements. This is the one I found at microcenter http://www.microcenter.com/product/474800/Aspire_ATC-780A-UR12_Desktop_Computer something tells me its to good to be true but I get that feeling a lot about computer parts.

Good enough. All it takes is a 1050ti and it's good for gaming.

It'll be ok for now. Just save that money and drop in a GPU and at least an 80+ bronze PSU later. You have room for more RAM and the mobo has some nice features too.

well its not a meant to be a gaming system its a office number cruncher but if you add a good gpu i guess its decent but then again looking at it . it only has a 300 watt psu so you wont be adding anything too beefy
