I want to remove my hdd , and install the os on my ssd

What do i do , do i need to do something to get a system reserved space?

I already have my windows 7 on my ssd but the system reserved space is on my hdd , wich is slowing down my boot time and there is some flicker when i start my pc 

What should i do , should i create a SYSTEM RESERVED partition or the os will do that by default, i have free space of 1gb left for System Reserved !

It does it for you. You just take the usb drive with windows media creation tool and go through the setup or you can clone everything over which I wouldn't recommend.
