Each Channel will have their own subscription fee.

If you want to sub to both, you'll have to pay a fee for each.

Granted, the fee (for LMG at least) is very low, at $2.99/month for now, or $29.99/year.

If you go onto the LTT Store and buy a FPC subscription, you're only buying a LMG FPC subscription. Hence the recent change to "LMG Pilot" tag for subscribers.

Well this is what I call a HUGE MESS.

Since Linus said in that one video the price was to go up as soon as the dedicated website launches, I thought "ok if it costs like $5-8 or something, it will probably include all the channels that might join the ride".

But if I have to pay for every channel separately then even $3 is too much.

Do you expect me to pay like $30 for your platform once it (hopefully) lifts off and more channels join?

For that (bright) future:

Give us one price for all or make tiers (like $8 for 3 channels $10 for 5 Channels $15 for everything).

But $3 PER CHANNEL and possibly more?

NO.

Well, part of the reason why they are so expensive is that Linus doesn't expect people to sub to every channel. Think of this as Patreon, but better.

FPC isn't replacing YouTube. It's augmenting it for die hard fans of a channel.

Perhaps in a few years once FPC is more established, they might create a cheaper tier that has less perks but access to all channels (Eg: Ad supported) - but I doubt that'll ever happen.
