How to change Floatplane subscription to yearly?

Hi, I want to change my subscription for Floatplane from monthly to yearly, but don’t know how. I tried canceling my subscription, but when trying to add a new subscription to my cart, it says I already have it. Do I need to wait for my current subscription to end first?

Unfortunately you need to wait for the subscription to end before you can purchase it again. It will end about 5 days after the next payment would have been due.
