I do have a freesync monitor

Pretty easy to pick the RX 580 then, go for 8GBs is it's not much more expensive

Average OC might be higher since they're new silicon 1500mhz might be easier

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Coming from someone with a 1080ti, get the RX580 8GB, no point in fucking with any low Vram cards, you'll be more limited by Vram then by clockspeed in the long run.
