So you have 2 SD cards, a 16GB and a 128GB and want to copy the data from the 16GB to the 128GB but you can't because all you have is a Raspberry Pi?

I'm trying to understand your post but it's very confusing (please use complete sentences if possible when describing your issue).

Why don't you just get a USB card reader? Or just reinstall on the 128GB card? 16GB is fine, i have been using a 16gb card since I got my pi.  In windows or os x you can't actually see the internal files, from memory anyway. You are going to need it for noobs anyway. While booting from a USB is possible it's not practical and will make the sd card in your pi unbeatable again, as I found out.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
