Can I use Precision X for a strix card?

Hi,

I am new to overclocking, and want to OC my GPU.

I have a Strix GTX1070 and was wondering if I could use EVGA Precision X instead of GPU Tweak II

Is there a better OC software?

I prefer msi afterburner because I get used to it.

 

You can use Pre.X for your card, though you cant control its RGB lights.

Il second Afterburner. 

You can also change skins to get a different look. 

Custom pinewood case, Corsair CX 600W, Rampage 3 Extreme, i7 980x (@4.2ghz) with ML240 Cooler,  MSI GTX 970, 24gb DDR3, 240gb OCZ Tr150 SSD + 2Tb Seagate Baracuda. 

 

Advocate for used/older hardware. Also one of the resident petrol heads.
