Hey, I'm looking around for a quiet gaming keyboard that doesn't sound like a train when you hit a single key but it'll be nice for it to be used in gaming, dont really have a budget here just feel free to post links or advice me on what ones you recommend.

I have a CM Storm Devastator, other than some slight wiring issues(nothing too big, just some problems with the heatshrink), I've never had any cause to regret it

Quote or tag me( @Crunchy Dragon) if you want me to see your reply

Get something with Browns if you want tactile or reds if you want linear. How much do you want to spend on it?

On the mechanical side of things, MX/Kailh reds and browns are plenty silent. MX Silent if you really cannot tolerate noise.

Keep in mind MX/Kailh red switches have no tactile feedback on actuation. The feedback on MX silent is further dampened compared to MX/Kailh brown.

Here are your options;

Full selection of MX/Kailh Brown

Full selection of MX/Kailh Red

Full selection of MX Silent

Think about size (Full/TKL/60%)

Think about general aesthetics (Build design/quality, backlit? RGB?)

Think about additional features (NKRO, USB passthrough, media control)

And then of course how much you willing to pay for it.

Only you know the combination for your perfect keyboard

Awareness is key. Never enough, even in the face of futility. Speak the truth as if you may never get to say it again. This world is full of ugly. Change it they say. The only way is to reveal the ugly. To change the truth you must first acknowledge it. Never pretend it isn't there. Never bend the knee.
