Are you buying everything or have the 7700K and the 840 EVO already. If not switch it for an 8700K and the Z370 variant of that mobo. Also buy the 850 Evo instead. Faster cheaper and a lot newer

The PSU is really sketchy. Not due to the wattage, but the quality. Don't cheap out on the PSU.

Don't get the 7700K. Depending on what your use case is, get the 1700, 8600K or 8700/K.

The 840 Evo is really old. Is the 850 Evo or MX300 available?

Don't get a 120mm AiO. Either get a decent air cooler, or a 280mm AiO.

:)

Since it's a nice PC, something like the EVGA G2/G3, Seasonic Focus Plus Gold and Corsair RMx.

Or any tier 1 in the list.

Decent air coolers are the Cryorig H5 and H7, Dark Rock 3 and NH-U12S/14S.

OC3D has a big roundup, so choose one that gets decent temps.
