is drivereasy safe?

i've heard mixed things about drivereasy but i am still torn on if i should use it or not for a one time use to try to fix a problem of mine.

no. drivers don't need 3rd party crap apps

what's the problem maybe someone here can fix it instead?

Don't use driver updater software. Thats useless crap all around. You can use motherboards own software, if you need something and do rest manually.

"Driver updaters/installers" are usually just unneccessary software that does something which you could have done yourself in a much safer manner without spending that much more time. If it's freeware you'll often get unwanted bloatware coupled with it, and I'd recommend to stay away. Heck, the driver installer will sometimes even install the wrong drivers.

 

In case you need drivers, you should only install drivers listed on the motherboard/laptop manufacturer's website.

figured out that it's my headset cable that is broken just bought a new headset last night. Thanks for helping though :)
