yes but to be safe the 1080 will definetely push more than 60 fps in alle games on high settings at that res

3x 1080p 144hz monitors with 1080ti sli here

 

I can tell you even on 1 1080ti you have to give up settings for more fps but depends on the game of course

670sli before than

been running 5760x1080 @ 144hz through those gpus

 

and been running sli/surround since day one
