Sudden FPS drop across all games after reseating says cable

I was having a issue where my computer shut off randomly so I reseated all of my cables. After reseating the sata cable in particular my fps went from about 120 to 30-45 in rainbow 6. It's never stable either. Temps are fine and I replaced the GPU and the hard drive.

Specs:

RX 560 (used to be 970 from a friend)

Intel I-7 6700k

8GB RAM

HDD: WD Blue 7200 RPM

It might be the 970 to 560 down grade.

Also pretty tempted to say it's cause of that 560.

 

Stick the 970 back in there lol.

Rx 560 is much weaker than a gtx 970

Keep in mind the drop affected the 970 before I stuck the 560 in there
