Samsung 12.3 inch Chromebook plus touch screen one of the best chromebooks out there.

Acer Swift 3 with 8250U and optional MX150 GPU

 

Zenbooks and Ideapad S series (500 above) are also not bad for your budget, just make sure you get the latest Kaby Lake R ULV CPU. Also take a look at business laptops (Thinkpad, Latitude etc)
