if you start a new game, yes.  And it supports over 10 save slots so shouldn't be any issues with that

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

when in game press escape then go across and it has a progress bar which will tell you how many missions you have left
