Refurbishers Certificate?

I'm considering buying a couple of PCs that come with Windows 10 on a refurbisher's certificate just to take that windows key and use it on a couple of gaming builds for friends. Does anyone know if the certificates are for OEM or Retail versions of the keys?

They're most likely OEM keys.
