I would go with 650 , or could spend some more and go with 750 Ti for the future.

Do you already have the intel g2020? Becuase dual thread cpus are basically outdated. I would get a GTX 1050 (if you must a 750ti)  and a G4620. It is worth spending more on a rig like this and having it for 4-5 years rather than being disappointed with old hardware (my dad has a dual-core no hyperthreading system. It runs hot and the cpu is pinned at +90% from just browsing the web). GTX 650 would be the best GPU from your list.
