Can My Motherboard Fit a Pentium G4560

I have this Motherboard Asus P5n32-E SLI. I am currently using a q6600 and want to know if I can upgrade

No, those are different sockets. You need a motherboard that supports Kaby Lake with a compatible chipset: H110, B150, H170 (those need a BIOS update to be able to support Kaby Lake CPUs) or a B250 / H270 (those support it natively).
