Budget Graphics card for rendering in Sony Vegas pro?

Hey guys just wanted to get some opinions on some decent budget graphics cards that I can use for rendering. My dad is tired of taking days to render video on a old laptop he has from 2010, so he wanted me to make a parts list and to see how much it will cost. Im going to be pairing it with a ryzen 1600.
