 Share

i bought this thing a last december, and for a while it has been crashing every ~10 minutes to the windows 10 login screen after showing a bluescreen claiming it needed to restart the system.

ive ran a windows drive check and the SSD is fine.

ive ran the memtest86 and it passed.

ive tried reinstalling windows 10 but it did it while booting from the USB image mid setup.

brix:                      https://www.pccomponentes.com/gigabyte-gb-bxbt-3000-brix

SSD:                    https://www.pccomponentes.com/samsung-750-evo-ssd-series-120gb-sata3

RAM:                    https://www.pccomponentes.com/g-skill-ripjaws-so-dimm-ddr3l-1600-pc3-12800-8gb-cl9

i have no clue what it could be apart from this, so unless anyone has something else to try or suggest imna have to use the warranty, but i want to atleast try and figure this out first.

Its a HAL issue which means its almost certainly hardware, unfortunately its impossible to say what exactly.
