Building PC for Gaming/Streaming/Youtube Help?

Well to start off Want to go with Intel and yes I know about Ryzen/Threadripper  and how good of a value it is but most of the programs I use are more optimize for Intel CPUs with that said don't want to spend more than $1200 on CPU. Any help would be great thanks.

If you're dropping $1200 on a CPU, you probably should look at the i9-7900X or the i9-7920X.

i7-8700k is your best option

60 maybe with a sale yeah. But even with the regular version you could overclock it well.
