[Dell-US] XPS 8910 Gaming Desktop with GeForce GTX 1070 for $733 (Update: OOS)

Update: OOS! No surprise there.

Well, this is a pretty hot deal on a XPS Desktop (looks like Dell is clearing out old inventory). Yeah, it's a pre-built. Yeah, Core i5-6400 (laughs). But a GeForce GTX 1070 8GB equipped machine for $733? That's pretty good.

Specs

  • Intel Core i5-6400 (Skylake 2.70Ghz - 3.30Ghz)
  • 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz RAM
  • GeForce GTX 1070 with 8GB GDDR5
  • DVD-RW
  • Windows 10
  • 1TB 7200rpm HDD
  • 802.11ac + Bluetooth 4.2

Wow this might be dead already.

YMMV if you can add to cart. Getting reports of not being able to add as recent as 10 mins ago. Might be dead...

Lets pay an extra +$234 on dells "recommended" warranty plan and another extra +$97 on dells "recommended" acidental damage service. I couldnt even be bothered paying for the extra coverage on warranty or accidental damage services, I's rather diagnose the problem and fix it myself. They could have at least gone with an aftermarket cooler.

I dunno, that $97 for accidental damage seems like a good deal for Joe Shmoe who likes to keep spilling drinks near the thing.
