Buying quad cores for new when 6 cores will be the mainstream when Coffee Lake releases within days is a bad decision

Seems good. You do you have two 1x8gb kits instead of one 2x8gb kit? It doesn't really matter but should be cheaper to get them in one kit.

Coffeelake is about to launch, get that or R5 instead (Either will be better than a 6600k now). The build seems to also be missing a power supply. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

I have 600w corsair psu, sorry forgot to mention

Coffelake core i5s have 6 core variants coming to the mainstream, buying the skylake 6600k wouldnt be worth it. If you want 16GB of RAM, just get X2 8GB sticks.
