Whats happening with the NCIX Youtube Team?

First, they end up in an old studio. Barret and Julia left. Now they are only doing Netlinked 3 days a week now. Is there something up with NCIX Tech Tips?

From what I can gather from Youtube comments the company as a whole is falling apart because of poor management and now lack of stock after they pissed off their suppliers.

 

I kinda wonder how many might jump ship over to LTT in at least a support role.

I knew about the stock thing already. I know Ivan went to LMG. Now I guess lets see what happens. Went and did some digging and found this on Reddit though.

Funny thing is that the original video got taken down and reedited to cut this section out. At this point all we can do is sit down and watch the fireworks.

That's a good question. I know Julia, Ivan, and Barret left. And there is speculation that NCIX is going bankrupt.

Can't say for sure, but I'd suspect NCIX US would be affected by it as well as the company is headquartered out of Canada.

There is a lot of speculation the reddits /r/ncix and /r/ncixtechtips. It probably will be affected too. Personally, I have never ordered from NCIX because I always found better deals somewhere else plus I hated their website compared to Newegg or Amazon.

Any idea if there is a followup on this? He said "this channel *wink wink*", which leads me to believe he would make an update using a personal channel he owns.

Is Riley appearing on the WAN show means he’s in a job interview? It would be interesting if Riley does a Netlinked Daily on LTT. I mean, the YouTube comments mostly say that he should just apply to LMG and get hired.

I wish it were as simple as Linus hiring people to save them from a dying company. Adding a host would be BIG news for LTT. Riley wrote, hosted, filmed, AND edited videos for NCIX, so I don't know exactly where he would fit.

I haven't had any discussions with Riley about working at LMG. 

 

We aren't actively hiring right now though. The team is pretty optimized at the moment.

I can see them doing more collaborations. But in terms of having most of the NCIX team join LMG, it's a stretch.

They used to be one of my favourite companies. I fucking loved their customer service, and there is also the sentiment attached to having bought my first parts from there........................
