So I play FiveM Gaming And my CPU is running http://prntscr.com/gj9dqg  And  i need a cpu that can run it a bit better my buddget 60$ Unless it has to be More money  My cpu is AMD a4-7300 APU with radeon graphics HD

A. Posting a screenshot of task manager doesn't tell us much about how the system is performing when FiveM Gaming is running.

B. Quad core A10 and A8 series chips are over $100 so over your $60 budget. 

C. Your fault for buying a dual core in the first place.

We currently don't have a solution for you because you haven't specified what kind of experience you want in FiveM Gamming; nor have you given yourself a big enough budget that'll make any upgrade worthwhile. 

 

"need a cpu that can run it a bit better " is not something that we can work with.

if you break forum rules, can't acknowledge your mistakes, refuse to provide more info when asked for it, and complain about us being unhelpful, then you only have yourself to blame.

we are not paid to answer your questions -- we do it for fun, and because we like helping people. As @CUDA_Cores so eloquently stated, you are not entitled to an answer, and if you continue breaking forum rules and blaming others for it, then we'll just go onto the next thread.
