Could you guys help with my homework?

So I just started a carrer in my University (here things work different compared to USA) based on programming. As one of my first homeworks I was asked to create a summary about and article about programming. I found a article that talks about System debuggin on distributed Systems and someting else about Programming by Examples. I understand the first part of the article, BUT I feel like it´s more related to networking (mainly beacuse I´ve been studying Cisco for over a year now and I relate the information to what I know about network debuggin). Could you guys tell me if the fist part also applies for Programming? I will attach the article so you can read it too.

It´s alright, just wanted to see if someone with some knowledge in programming could help me understand if the article is related to programming and not just networking.

the best programing I can do is a simple batch file that when run will wipe any drive on a system w/o anyone knowing (Except the C: drive tho) But I do love my Networking and that is what I plan on doing after High School

I love networking, I´ve been studying to certify my CCNA: Routing & Switching for over 4 months now, I already finished a couple CCNP courses(CCNP:Route & CCNP: DataCenter Design) which I hope I get to certify in the future. I started this programming carrer just so I could get a easy transition into the Cisco ACI certification. Worried it takes time away from my Cisco studies tho

Nice, I'm 16 and have already gotten in trouble at school 2 times because the schools network is absolute shit. All PC's and Printers are accessible from the network using File Explorer or any network explorer app and so I printed nyan cat like 100 times to each printer on the network as well as copy and pasted 100 shortcuts to pornhub on every computers desktop... lol, so worth it tho

No, seriously, BATCH in DOS 3.1 is a different creature from what you see in Windows CMD as I found out via first-hand experience.

 

But back to what @Jel2Emy came here about. To me it looks like this is talking about how to query code samples in a database (possibly using SQL?????) In which case, most databases do have to be programmed in a sense.

Lol, you got in trouble for that.
When I was at school, I had admin access to multiple machines, created a domain so I could login to any machine as an administrator without the workstation certificate validation so they could be part of the school domain while allowing me to login.
stuck my shitty laptop behind a cabinet plugged into the network.

Then fucked a computer up by removing it from the domain, IT techs got pissed and proceeded to blame me for students work (the data was in a folder on the C drive, noobs).
Then sent an email bomb with a load of emails registering the IT tech up to pornhub which ended up sending a load of emails to a publicly accessible email group that sent to all the staff in the school, noobs allowing public emails  The email server got a tad cluttered 1000s of emails to each member of staff.
I was put into isolation and then started contacting students around the school using the teacher's remote monitoring software running with a channel bypass so I could see all computers switched on.

The printers were all using a print server which was a shame, I didn't care about the printers though so yanoo.

Anyway, left that shit hole before I was expelled, went to another school and the IT techs were amazing and suddenly I wasn't getting F's in lessons and for lessons like maths I could have got an A if I went to the school earlier instead I was stuck doing the lower tier paper so could only get a C as a max.

 

Did I just type out an entire segment of my life..... crap.

Programming, I sorta do that hourly sometimes when I can be bothered

You're lucky they did press charging seeing as you broken a number of the computer misuse ACT laws, not to mention all the paper and ink you wasted shortcuts are all cool but don't go around wasting resources that someone else will need to pay for.
