After half a year, Ryzen still has A ram problem?

After 10 bios updates and many optimisation, my Ryzen 7 still can't handle 3200MHz Ram well. yes, It's working but sometime (at full load), my screen just goes black and my Mobo debugger shows "RAM" error code.

 

I'm using G.skill TridentZ RGB CL14 which is a "Samsung B-Die chips" which "they" said it works very well with Ryzen. but until now, running at 3200MHz is still unstable. so, I underclocked to 2933MHz, but still not very stable. (P.S. only happen at full load or when ram is nearly full)

 

I'm not sure if other "Samsung B-Die" user have trouble running 3200MHz, but this is really annoying because there's no ram problem when I was using INTEL.

You can't fix a hardware issue with software.

tried replacing the ram?

I don't think it's because of RGB as well, Asus never recommended RGB RAM for ryzen but c'mon... it's 2017

With the older builds of CPU-Z + Aura, there was an issue when both SPD reading apps bricked the memory sticks.

Have you used rated voltage and timings?

Some CPUs dont have to allow 3200MHz, it all depends on the IMC

 

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM

Not all Ryzen CPUs will accept high clocked RAM no matter how good the timings and BIOS revisions. If it has a finicky memory controller you're not going anywhere. It's an often forgotten part of the silicon lottery. It doesn't only apply to core quality but the entire piece of silicon that's in your CPU. This includes the CPU subsystems like I/O and IMC.

Yes, everything was set to "Asus D.O.C.P" which is same as XPM profile. and ryzen should be able to push up to 3200MHz or beyond according to internet.

D.O.C.P shouldnt be used, especially on Ryzen.

Enter all of the settings manually into the BIOS (voltage, timings, speed) and then try. I recommend running 10 loops of Windows based MemTest64 (it really helped me master my timings) and then Aida64 memory stability test

 

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM

thanks, but I'm not quite sure about my ram's sub-timing. and I don't trust "AUTO" either.
