Opinion on HTPC/Stream PC

I'm only planning to use this system for a Plex Media Server & as a second stream PC for OBS/Twitch. Any parts that are missing from this list are only because I already own them (Windows, extra storage etc).

i'd get a ryzen 1600+ cheap display adaptor instead of the i5 7600, and the psu is mediocre. get a cx450m instead.

I looked at the 1600 route yesterday but wasn't to happy with what I found, decided to go with this and the Thermaltake V21 which puts me ever so slightly over budget but that's acceptable when you're gaining an extra 3000 in Passmark score alone.
