Air Pressure Help

So I need help getting positive air pressure in my pc.  Currently I have 2 140mm fans in the front for intake and 2 with the rad for the corsair hydro H100i V2 as exhaust on top and one exhaust on the rear.  I'm not getting positive air pressure since I've put in my 2nd 980ti.  I need help rearranging my fan set up.Also I'm thinking of buying the corsair SP120.  Thinking of getting the high performance version for the front. having 3 of them, and the quiet version on the top and rear? Any help would be appreciated

Is there a point in having quiet fans if they're not all quiet?

I'd just remove the rear exhaust. The rad will pull the hot air out of the case just fine.

The quiet just cuz they run slower.  Seems like my issue right now is my pc can't take in air as fast as it is exhausting it

Just run your intakes faster than your exhausts.

It's creating a negative air pressure.  I've checked bios to change the two intake fan speed to make it faster than the other.  But the bios only allows me to change all of the fans not just two of them.  I've tried to use msi command center but that doesn't seem to be doing anything

What issues is negative pressure giving to you? In theory and some testing it should be better in performance. And how are fans connected if you can only control all of them?

You aren't really answering my questions. I can't help further if you don't give me info I need to give educated opinions.
