*NEED HELP FAST* 20 pin connector problem

So basically im installing a mnew CPU mobo and ram and im so close to being done but the one problem is, is the 20 pin connector doesnt click in and i cant check to see if the pins are bent because it wont come out, It's stuck in once place and I dont know what to do, I've tried pusing it in so hard my hand hurts, can anyone tell me what to do?

Sketchy PSU -> connector doesn't fit right -> yep there's probably a bent pin in there somewhere. Try gently but firmly wiggling the connector to pull it out.

See what im thinkin is that there is nothing wrong, it just takes a lot of force to push it in, it goes in this far without ANY preasure
