Do you know of a variety that is grounded?

That would be the C5 type.

https://www.amazon.com/Listed-IEC-60320-IEC320-Adapter-Charger/dp/B002V9U7WY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1503009758&sr=8-4

I've been looking for a cable that has this type of connection but with a ground prong on the AC side. Does anyone know if anything in that variety even exists? Thanks!

That would be a polarized IEC C7 connector.

No, and even if you managed to find one, the ground pin would be only decorative. There are only two pins on the C7 connector, it does not have a ground pin, so there is no place for a ground pin on the AC side to be connected to. That type of plug is an ungrounded connection by design.

You would only have a ground pin if the device used the C5 connector, which is the grounded version of the C7.
