Best earbuds for fitness?

I would like a pair of ear buds for my PE class and for running. They have to be waterproof and sweat proof, as I sweat a lot. I would also like the cable to be tough so it wont break and it will last quite a while. Mybudget is nothing over $25 USD. Thank you! :D
