Why are my new waterspeakers making this ANNOYING noise

I just bought some water speakers and setup them now and they make this annoying noise ALL THE TIME and if I wiggle the wire it goes and when my computer makes a noise out of them it starts again I've tried different leads too so why is it doing this because it stops if I move the wire so why does it come back on when any noise comes back out of them

Um lol the speakers what uh if u play music the water bursts up making well idk it's got water and it jumps up if a loud sound it played
