What do you think? i'm actually shocked the xeon is close to the 6600K.

Yeah the Nehalems are still pretty good. I have a X5670 myself and can't really justify going with Ryzen even though I want to have a R7 1700 soooo bad!! :/

 

Especially at 1440p or 2180p 60Hz X58 will probably last until the Mobos just die from age. :P

I have never run Timespy tbh :P try oc the memory. That normally makes a big difference.

Memory OC locks the card to 300mhz.. memory OC don't work on any OC application.

Here's mine. If you did come across a little money you could upgrade to to a higher clocked 6 core like mine for heavier games and workloads.
