Final Polishing of new build

So either today or tomorrow I will be buying parts to upgrade from this mistake ------>    https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DDth7h

I just need some final suggestions before going out and buying stuff. You can tell I didn't ask for help on the first build
I will be re-using the hard drive, graphics card, power supply, case and whatever else is in there.

Seems pretty good

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

Should buy an SSD too, a 120GB is minimum, you can find them for 50$, will help a lot, trust me.
