What headroom do I get with 520W

I was going to buy a 620W M12II evo for around 80 euros but I found a used 520W one for 55. I was just wondering what graphics cards to avoid with a build similar to this (I was thinking of adding a 580)

So I should just not go for those somewhat old amd vídeo cards that suck up a lot of watts or even that's fine?

Overclocking in general or just the gpu? Because I was considering overclocking the r5, perhaps to about 3.8

Lol dude I can run a 1700 @4ghz, a gtx 1070, 5 case fans, 5 rgb strips and an ssd off of 550W and I have room to spare.

Pretty much any single GPU setup can be run off a decent quality 520W PSU.
