Linus would you please look into the lack of video cards for sale

Since all the data miners buying huge amounts of video cards and the manufactures can't seem to keep up with the demand which has driven up the price's which I can and many others can not afford. Would you and your staff take the time to do an in-depth report on the matter. Some of miner's have been trying to sell their cards on EBay and Amazon and again the price's are unreal, Even the lower end video cards have gone up in price, I have been waiting to buy a newer generation video card for my build and have been putting off buying the video card until last due to all this crazy B.S. so a little insight from you and your staff and how you see and feel about this subject..

When supply is low and demand is high then price is also high, that's Colton's job more than Linus, i.e more into business and economics and wouldn't be really interesting to discuss on a tech focused YT channel

there's not much linus can "look into" on this matter, its just supply & demand.

there is a lot of techinical reasons as to why they cant increase supply. and thats worth a visit.

Btw 1060s are starting to trickle back into the market at reasonable prices, you don't have long to wait.

I reckon GPU prices will come back down to normal by September. Manufactures are often slow to realise that demand is decreasing as sellers are still ordering there cards to replace stock, or something like that...
