Windows 10 replacement for hard drive failure

Ok, so I haven't had to do this in some time. I'm working on a laptop. All I have is the laptop, and the power brick. A friend of mine wants me to fix it. I know the hard drive is bad. So, the question is: How do I get windows 10 back on this thing after replacing the  hard drive. I have no disks, and I have no USB drives with windows 10. I have multiple copies of windows 7 but none for 10.

 

Since I haven't had to do this in some time, I'm used to having physical media to work with.

 

So, basically, if I replace the drive, how do I get windows back onto it? I'm usually more capable than this, but to be honest, I haven't run into it yet.

 

So go easy on me please.
