I downloaded the windows 10 installer from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 (the "Create Windows 10 installation media" button) I installed windows 10 from being on windows 7. I have a hard drive and a ssd. Windows 7 was on the hard drive. There was no option in the installation process to choose which drive. It defaulted to the hard drive. How do i fix this.

After you accept the license agreement in the installer, you must select custom install. If you select the Upgrade option, it'll look for previous Windows installations and will only list such. Make sure you've booted directly off of the USB and not launching the installer within Windows.
