Hey guys,

I really need your help. My MSI R9 390 8G got a nice problem with the AMD Radeon WattMan. It started a few month back when AMD upgraded the driver and made WattMan available for the R9 390, back then it didn't liked the fan profile MSI setup and changed it so that the fan would never go on, unless the GPU is at 90°C. Well, with MSI Afterburner or Saphire Trixx it wasn't anything I couldn't fix. But soon after I noticed that the graphic card no longer was able to change its memory clock. So the memory clock is at 100% all the time and if I change it with MSI Afterburner I can only change it once per reboot. If I want a low idle temperature I can change it to 300 MHz (the normal idle clock) or I can have it at 1500 MHz (for when it is needed). But if I change it, I have to reboot to change it again.

And even after uninstalling the driver with DDU and trying to revert to an old version it doesn't fix anything.

In this screenshot you can see that the memory clock does only have 2 states and one is disabled (since 17.7.2, before that it showed 8 states but everything but one was disabled http://imgur.com/0jeM6gp )

Did WattMan rewrite the settings in the GPU bios and it can't be undone anymore? Do you guys have any ideas how to fix it?

Greetings from Germany

P.S. I hope my english isn't too broken.

P.P.S. Added a screenshot of WattMan
