Headphones in range of $100-120

I have a JBL DUET,sound quality and max volume are pretty good(I mean below sennheiser, but much better than average headphones). Although wireless ,it can be connected via AUX jack. Also has control buttons(play/pause,sound control, previous and next track) on both the headphone and the cord.Definitely recommended.

hello,

i am looking for a new headphone in the range of $100-120, preferably semi open back. :D

Edit: forgot to mention over ear design.

semi open is actually quite rare, mostly because there is no real need for it since they leak about as much as open headphones would. You could maybe find some used DT 880's or the Fostex T50RP MK3 (though you need to swap pads on those), but they both sound VERY different from each other and I would recommend that you try them both out or at least go look up a lot of reviews.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Feel free to pm me if you have a question for me or quote me. If you want to hear what I have to say about something just tag me.

that is kinda what open do.... Semi open will do the same, unless you get the T50rp's, because those are almost just closed.

thing is i own ATH-M50 i like them and all but would prefere them to let in more sound, now the new headphone is for my brother, the main problem is i never tried open headphones and there are none on display in shops here so i dont know how much sound they let in/out.

so i know i want open ones but hoping that u cant hear the sound from outside on like 50% volume or so.

Open will let sound in even at "50%". You will be able to hear if your PC is loud or if someone is talking to you and so on. T50 to's are probably your best bet, though their sound signature is not for everyone. It is definitely a more fun headphone with their bass boost and slightly rolled back treble.
